3. Ticketing
3.1 Data Collection and Use: In the process of purchasing a ticket, we will collect certain data about you, such as your name, email address, and payment details. This data is used to facilitate your transaction, issue your Non-Fungible Token (NFT) tickets, and provide relevant event information. Our use of data will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Ticket Issuance: Event tickets are issued as NFTs, which are sent to the blockchain wallet associated with your Hallos account. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and its associated private keys. Remember that you can request your private keys at any time, understanding that these wallets are completely decentralized.
3.3 Ticket Transfers: NFT tickets are transferable at your discretion. However, for the ticket to remain valid, the new owner must create an account on the Hallos platform. Hallos assumes no responsibility for issues arising from the transfer of NFT tickets between individuals.
3.4 Ticket Validity: NFT tickets are valid exclusively for the specific event, date, and time for which they were issued. If the organizer provides the option as an attribute of the NFT that grants access to a new event, contact the organizer of that event and arrange to acquire a new ticket for entry to the next event.
4. Attendance Requirements
Each participant must: (a) observe the rules, policies, and procedures of the Event Venue, including health and safety requirements, and any reasonable instructions issued by Hallos and/or the Event Venue management; (b) behave professionally and respectfully, without breaking any laws or regulations or risking discredit to the event or Hallos; (c) ensure they have adequate insurance for their own needs; (d) ensure they have all necessary travel documentation. You agree that your travel and attendance at an Event are at your own risk and are not the responsibility of Hallos.
5. Payments Payment for NFT tickets can be made in fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies approved and selected by the event organizer. Hallos assumes no responsibility for fees or delays associated with the transaction process that are beyond our control, including but not limited to transaction fees required by a cryptocurrency network or exchange rate fluctuations.
